Chick Corea Trio en Chile

Un virtuoso pianista y compositor de jazz estadounidense visita nuestro país este 31 de mayo en el Teatro Caupolicán, como parte de la gira que lo traerá a México, Columbia, Perú y Chile. En esta presentación nos maravillará junto a Eddie Gómez y Antonio Sánchez, tocando el piano, contrabajo y batería, respectivamente, el trío acústico que conforma la raíz más profunda del jazz.

Por cuatro décadas Chick Corea, como se le conoce, no ha puesto frenos a su creatividad, siempre reinventándose, pero manteniéndose dentro de los estándares de excelencia que lo caracteriza. Esto, más una extensa discografía que tiene a su haber, lo ha llevado a tocar junto a los más selectos del jazz y es considerado como uno de los pianistas más influyentes de esta época. Su calidad artística y numerosas piezas musicales, lo han hecho acreedor de 16 premios Grammy y gran admiración entre sus pares.

Soy titulado hace un año de la projazz.
Hice mi t esis sobre la carrera de Chic
Corea, su evolución, estilos y todo de él. Bueno, muero por ir y espec ialment
